Founded by a registered nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience serving Jacksonville communities across multiple sectors of healthcare — Valor Rising brings professional care and compassionate leadership to every aspect of operations.

Every resident works toward a personal Housing Stability Plan — covering housing, employment, benefits, health, and life skills goals.
We connect residents to VA services, community programs, employment resources, and supportive services — working alongside their VA case managers.
